Directions to the Villager Motel:

From the NY State Thruway:

Take RT 87 North (the NY Thruway) to Albany Exit 7. RT 7 east to RT 278 & RT 2 East. In Troy, you will see signs for Rt 2 East. Follow the road to Massachusetts and you will be in Williamstown. At the rotary in town, follow sign to stay on Rt 7N. Then go another 2 miles until you see The Villager Motel on your left side. Try www.mapquest.com.

From the Taconic Parkway:

Exit Parkway at Rt 295 (Chatham/East Chatham exit. Take Rt 295 East for 9.5 miles, then take a left on Rt 22 North. Go 13 miles and take a right onto Rt 43 East. Go 17 miles and take a right onto Rotary then follow the sign for Rt 7N, you will then see The Villager on your left side.

From the East:

There are two choices, Route 2 or the Mass. Turnpike, depending on what kind of driving you like. Route 2 is a 4 lane highway (no tolls) for about 2/3 of the way, the beautiful winding country route(the Mohawk Trail) for the remainder. The Mass. Turnpike is a toll highway, after you exit, you will take Route 7, which is a senic back road highway and will take you through several small towns on the way. Very beautiful in the fall.

Mass Turnpike:

Take the Mass pike (I-90) west to Lee/Lenox exit. Proceed on Rt 20 to Rt 7N through Pittsfield and on to Williamstown. Rt 7 and Rt 2 East join together before you enter Williamstown. Go another 2 miles on Rt 7N until you see The Villager Motel on the left side.

Route 2 The Mohawk Trail:

Take Rt 2 out of Boston, towards Greenfield. Williamstown is just 39 miles past Greenfield Stay on Rt 2 West through the mountains, when you come down the mountain (enjoy the hairpin turn!!) you will be in North Adams. Go 4 more miles on Rt 2 west to Williamstown right on 7N.

From the North (Vermont)

Follow Rt 7 South to Williamstown. On your right, just after the state line you will see The Villager Motel.

From the Albany Airport:

Turn left leaving the airport taking Rt 151 to I-87 North. Take Exit 6 (2&7 East). Follow for about 45 minutesto Rt7 North through Pittsfield and on to Williamstown. Rt 7 and Rt 2 join together before you enter Williamstown. Stay on Rt 2 east after going through the rotary. Go another 2 miles on 7N until you see The Villager Motel on your left.

From Hartford:

Take I-91 North to the Mass Turnpike (I-90) west. Take the Lee/ Lenox exit. Proceed on Rt 20 to Rt 7 North through Pittsfield and on to Williamstown.
